Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 June 2026

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PVgenix website operated by Bright Infonet. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie / GDPR Notice. If you are using the website on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website.

About the website and PVgenix

This website provides information about PVgenix, a modern, GxP-aligned, AI-assisted pharmacovigilance platform powered by Bright Infonet. The website describes the platform’s overall capability set for informational purposes. It is not an offer, warranty, or commitment that any specific feature, deployment timeline, or compliance outcome will be delivered. The scope, features, timelines, and obligations for any PVgenix engagement are defined solely in a separate written agreement between Bright Infonet and the customer.

Use of the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to: use the website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or connected systems; introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the proper functioning of the website; scrape, harvest, or collect data from the website by automated means without our consent; or misuse the contact and demo-request forms, including by submitting false information or unsolicited promotional content.

Demo requests and communications

When you submit a demo-request or contact form, you agree to provide accurate information and consent to us contacting you about your enquiry. Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, or patient health information through these forms. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation on Bright Infonet to provide products or services; any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

The website and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the PVgenix and Bright Infonet names and marks, page design, and software — are owned by or licensed to Bright Infonet and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print website content for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the website or its content without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-party links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or resources provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

No warranties

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on it is complete, current, or accurate. Website content is general information and is not professional, legal, regulatory, or pharmacovigilance advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Infonet and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bright Infonet and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to the website and these terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Bright Infonet’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. The specific governing law and jurisdiction should be confirmed by the organization before publication.
